Monkeygate

With all this talk by the Aussies away from the cricket field, the latest of which coming from Ponting, I got reminded of this whole monkeygate thing and the sydney test fiasco. And then a strange question popped in my head. Wonder if you guys can help find an answer to it.

We all know how upset Symonds got when Bhajji allegedly called him a 'Monkey'. Come of it yaar I mean symonds ever looked at ur hairdo... i am sure there are more lice in ur head than a monkeys. but anyways that is the point i am trying to make here..

I remember once someone calling Symonds 'Robocop' on air on commentry. Man isnt that racism. I mean monkey has brains of his own has emotions but robocop he doesnt even have emotions. He cant even think on his own he is apparently works on parameters of public safety. I mean i dont know about you but if you look at it this was which do you think sounds like a worser insult. Or if you choose to call Robocop superhuman then also its racism. I mean he aint human race and hence that should amount to racism. Period.

Its a funny thing this mind. the ability of the mind to hanker on the negatives is just amazing and also to suppress certain evident facts when the mind thinks its getting complimented, that too is amazing. If only it was just that easy to hanker on the positives all the time the world would be happier place.

PS: Guys do leave a note on what u would rather be called a 'Monkey' or 'Robocop' and watch out the next time someone says 'Your brain works like a computer' ;)
